Some house rules we request you to follow for your own safety and security.

Payments

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of AED 1000 will be collected upon check-in. This will be fully reimbursed after checkout, provided no items are broken, lost, or damaged during your stay. Any damages to the residence and the property will be charged against this deposit.
  • Deposit & Balance: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

House Rules

  • Guest Limit: The number of guests may not exceed the designated limit agreed upon during the booking and check-in process.

  • Noise Control: Please refrain from playing loud music or causing disturbances. Noise is considered excessive if it can be heard by adjacent neighbors with their windows and doors closed.

  • Respectful Behavior: No nuisance, obnoxious, or offensive activity may be carried out in the building. Any actions that may become an annoyance or disturbance to others or affect the safety and enjoyment of fellow residents are strictly prohibited.

  • No Littering or Vandalism: Littering or vandalism within the property is expressly prohibited. Kindly keep the premises clean and treat the property with care.

  • Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the premises or on the property.

  • Supervision of Children: Children must always be under supervision and should never be left unattended on the balcony under any circumstances.

  • Staff Interaction: Kindly treat all staff members with respect and courtesy. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and is considered a violation of the rules as well as UAE laws.

  • Access Cards: Please return all access cards at the end of your stay. A charge of AED 300 will be applied for each lost card.

  • No Drones: The use of drones or any invasive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. Violating this rule is a chargeable offense under UAE law, and guests are expected to respect the privacy of others.

  • Supervision of Guests: Only guests who are clearly disclosed prior to the booking and registered with the holiday home operator are permitted to stay on the property. Relatives or family friends not listed in the booking may not stay overnight without prior approval.
